Our history

Shisha Heaven was founded in 2021 by Fabian, Mischa, and Tobias. The three founders originally come from the fields of marketing, computer science, and graphic design and decided to start their own project together during the coronavirus short-time working period.

What began as a small experiment quickly developed into a thriving business. The first orders were shipped from a small warehouse, often early in the morning or during lunch breaks, alongside the founders' regular jobs.

With growing demand, the warehouse quickly became too small. After several intermediate steps, Shisha Heaven finally moved to Illnau in the canton of Zurich, where the central warehouse and offices are located today.

Today, around 18 employees work at Shisha Heaven, ensuring that several hundred orders are processed reliably and shipped on time every day.
