For shipping, a flat rate of CHF 4.90 per package is charged. From an order value of CHF 69.90 we ship free of charge.

The cost for a "Swiss Mond Express" delivery with Saturday delivery is CHF 16. 

If you order by 4.30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, your order will be sent by A Mail on the same day. If the post office delivers on time, you will usually have your order in your letterbox the next working day. 

Please note: Swiss Post does not deliver parcels on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery on Saturday is only possible if you choose the "Swiss Mond Express" delivery option, which costs CHF 16 per consignment. Small items up to 500 grams can often be sent by letter post and will usually reach you on Saturday. 

Please note that Swiss Post may also experience delivery delays in rare cases. If you do not receive your delivery within three working days of placing your order, you are welcome to contact our support team contact. Please let us know within 14 days of ordering if you have not received your delivery. 

If your shipment arrives damaged, we recommend that you take a picture of the affected shipment and send it to our support team at info@shisha-heaven.ch to our support team. We will then try to find a solution as soon as possible. 

We currently deliver our products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
