The AF5000 from Elfbar is probably the most popular Big Puff Hybrid System in Switzerland, but that doesn't mean it's the best. A major disadvantage is the fact that the refill bottles are only available in 5 flavors. And since these do not contain a coil, each device can only be refilled 2 to 3 times, after which the coil is coked. From this point of view, the Elfbar AF5000 is not a real reusable system, which causes a lot of unnecessary battery waste in the long run. However, we assume that Elfbar will soon upgrade and equip the product with replaceable liquids including coils.

The 2+10 hybrid systems operate in a legal gray area, as only prefilled pods with 2ml are actually permitted. As a refill container is pushed onto a prefilled 2ml pod, it is not clear how the law interprets this. Systems such as the Elfbar 4 in 1 or the Sikary S10000, in which individual 2ml pods are used, are legally safe.
How many trains do Big Puffs offer?
As the name suggests, big puffs stand for large clouds of steam and lots of puffs. However, it should be noted that manufacturers massively inflate the number of puffs for marketing reasons. According to tests by Shisha Heaven, one milliliter of e-liquid is more likely to produce 100 than 200 puffs. As a result, only 1200 puffs are possible with an AF5000 or a Vozol Vista and not 5000 or 10000 puffs.
Which Big Puff offers the most moves?
Almost all Big Puff models contain 12ml of e-liquid. If the power is lower and the resistance of the coils is higher, more puffs are possible. With most systems, however, resistance and power are comparable, so the possible number of puffs differs only minimally. The Sikary S10000 contains a whopping 18ml of e-liquid in the starter kit and should therefore offer more puffs than the other Big Puff models.
Which Big Puff rarely "leaks"?
It is annoying when liquid leaks in your trouser pocket or gets into your mouth while vaping. However, the new hybrid vapes in particular are prone to "leaking" as two liquid pod components are pushed together, which rarely leads to leaks in the pods. With a 4 in 1 system, this problem is eliminated and the Elfbar Dual 10k is also considered to be quite "leak-proof".
