Tobacco heads can differ in shape and color from the picture in our online store, because they are often made purely by hand. Partly the logo is applied differently or not at all. Cracks in the glaze of the head are material-related and are not considered a reason for complaint. Also the "bleeding" of a tobacco head after use does not represent a defect.
