History of Adalya Tobacco

The founder of Adalya was born in 1963 in a tobacco field and then graduated from university with a degree in tobacco technology engineering. After many years in the tobacco industry, he founded Adalya Café in 2004. Due to the growing demand of his clientele for hookahs, he went in search of high quality hookah tobacco. Since he did not find what he was looking for, he decided in 2006 to take the production into his own hands. This laid the foundation for one of the largest hookah tobacco brands in the world. Currently, Adalya Tabak is the most successful manufacturer in Turkey and number 2 in the world.

Thanks to intensive research, Adalya has repeatedly achieved great success in the field of innovations and thus lives up to its role as a market leader. A wide range of flavors (around 290 product varieties) are produced according to EU standards from high-quality tobacco leaves and the finest flavors and additives. Adalya Tobacco comes in the unmistakable black plastic tins, which in terms of design are reminiscent of the good old glass preserving jars. Adalya Tobacco has set itself the goal of becoming known in the Middle East and Africa in the next few years and would like to become the world's number 1.
