VOZOL FAQ | Questions & Answers about Vozol Vapes

Vozol is a Chinese manufacturer of high-quality e-cigarettes and vapes. In Switzerland, the brand is particularly well-known for its Big Puff vapes—devices that deliver a particularly high “ number of puffs .” Vozol products are popular among vapers around the world because they use e-liquids with unique flavors such as Dragonfruit Banana Cherry, Forest Berry Storm, and Love 777. The most popular Vozol models— Vozol Vista Plug, Vozol Switch 600, and Vozol Gear 10000—are available at any reputable vape shop.

Vozol products are sometimes available in kiosks and supermarkets. The greatest variety and best prices can be found in specialized Vozol vape stores such as Shisha Heaven.

All Vozol products are manufactured in China, where product development also takes place. Vozol vapes are manufactured, packaged and shipped to Europe in modern factories according to the highest quality criteria.

Almost all e-cigarette products from Vozol are offered in Switzerland with 20mg/ml nicotine, so Vozol vapes are quite heavily dosed. In the USA, there are also many products with a high nicotine content of 50mg/ml on the market. Some Vozol models, such as the Vozol Vista Plug , are also available in a version without nicotine. A perfect choice for anyone looking for intense enjoyment without the addictive substance nicotine.

number of puffs s vary depending on the Vozol model. For 2ml vapes, such as the Vozol Switch Pro, you can expect 300 to 600 puffs per 2ml pod. With larger hybrid models like the Vista Plug, you can achieve 5,000 to 10,000 puffs . We list the number of puffs for each current Vozol model in Switzerland (manufacturer’s specifications subject to change).

Vozol model	Liquid in milliliters	Number puffs
Vozol Gear 600	2ml	300 to 600
Vozol Switch Pro	2ml	300 to 700
Vozol Neon	2ml	300 to 800
Vozol Vista Plug	12ml	5000 to 10000
Vozol Neon Plug Max	2 x 12 ml	24,000 to 36,000

Note: Many manufacturers inflate the estimated number of puffs , as this is a strong selling point. When making a purchase, we recommend that you pay close attention to the amount of e-liquid included, as this is the key factor in determining how many puffs are actually possible. Expect 100 to 200 puffs per milliliter of e-liquid , and you’ll have a realistic estimate of the number of puffs for your Vozol vapes.

In Switzerland, not all Vozol vapes are legal anymore. With the introduction of the new Tobacco Products Act, all disposable vapes with more than 2ml of e-liquid were banned. As a result, the Vozol Gear 10000, the Vozol Gear 7000, the Vozol Star 6000 and other models disappeared from the market. The new hybrid vapes such as the Vista Plug System close this gap by offering replacement pods with a separate refill container. Important: A ban on disposable vapes has been introduced in Switzerland. As soon as this comes into force, more Vozol vapes will disappear from the market. The following models are currently legal to buy in Switzerland:

Vozol model	Liquid in milliliters	Category
Vozol Gear 600	2ml	Disposable vape
Vozol Switch Pro	2ml	Prefilled Pods
Vozol Neon	2ml	Disposable vape
Vozol Vista Plug	12ml	Hybrid Vape (2+10ml)
Vozol Joygo	Nicotine Pouches	Snus

From time to time, you may experience a burnt taste when you take a drag on your Vozol Vape. The following causes can be behind a burn hit:

1. Your Vozol Vape has run out of liquid

The most common cause of a burnt taste in Vozol products is a simple one: there is no more e-liquid in the device. With Vozol disposable vapes it is time to dispose of the device properly, with prefilled pod systems you simply insert a new liquid pod.

2. There is a technical defect

Especially with hybrid vapes like the Vozol Vista Plug it can happen that there is still plenty of e-liquid left, but it is not drawn to the vaporizer head as desired. In this case, we recommend turning the Liquid Pod upside down or shaking it so that the e-liquid is redistributed around the vaporizer head. If this measure does not remedy the burnt taste, we recommend that you contact your point of sale and request a replacement.

3. You pull too fast and too hard on your Vozol

If you pull hard on your Vozol Vape at short intervals, not enough e-liquid can be added and the vaporizer head can coke. Make sure that you pull slowly and gently on the mouthpiece so that you can extend the life of the coil.

The popular Vozol disposable vapes can only be refilled by opening them with a tool. The devices are not designed for refilling with e-liquid and we therefore advise against this.

However, there are various Vozol products that are refillable. At the forefront are all prefilled pod systems, in which a prefilled pod can be attached to a rechargeable battery carrier. Well-known representatives of this category are

• Vozol Switch Pro (2ml pods)
• Vozol Vista Plug (12ml Pods)

There are also Vozol pod systems that you can fill with the e-liquids of your choice. The following pod systems are available to buy under the name Vozol ACE:

• Vozol Ace Max
• Vozol Ace Pro
• Vozol Ace Go

In Switzerland, e-cigarettes may only be sold to persons over the age of 18. Of course, this also applies to all Vozol products. Please note that this age limit also applies to nicotine-free Vozol vapes.
