Do you "puff" on e-cigarettes?

Generally speaking, e-cigars are used in the same way as traditional tobacco cigarettes. This means they are “puffed”—that is, the vapor is held in the mouth rather than inhaled. However, our tests of the XO HAVANAS showed that, just like with an e-cigarette, the vapor can also be inhaled into the lungs.

Advantages of e-cigars
