INSTAFLOW instructions for use | step by step

The new Tobacco Products Act in Switzerland limits disposable vapes to 2ml of liquid. As the INSTAFLOW system has an integrated 2ml tank supplemented with an additional 10ml tank, the device is TPD-compliant and should be legal to sell even after the legislation comes into force. The liquid tank can be inserted in just a few simple steps, which we will explain step by step below.

Follow the steps below to put the INSTAFLOW into operation:

Removing the refill container from the battery carrier

Remove the adhesive tape and silicone stopper.

Press the lid of the refill container down and turn it counterclockwise to open it.

Insert the refill container with the opening facing upwards until it clicks into place. CAUTION: DO NOT remove the rubber cover!

Before use, tilt the device downwards and wait 10 seconds.

If the liquid is empty, slide the refill container downwards to remove it.

Deposit the refill container in the waste and dispose of the battery carrier at the recycling center with the electronic waste

Disposal instructions

Although the Instaflow Vape is equipped with a refill container, it is a disposable product that must be disposed of as soon as the liquid has been used up. You can remove the empty liquid container and dispose of it in normal household waste. The battery carrier must be disposed of at your local recycling center for electronic waste. Alternatively, you can also return used devices to a retailer.

The Instaflow Vape Kit impresses with its new technology, which allows the liquid to be automatically drawn from the refill container into the small 2 ml tank. We answer the most important questions about the innovative disposable e-cigarette.

How many puffs does an Instaflow Vape offer?

With an Instaflow Vape, you have a total of 12ml of liquid at your disposal (2ml in the device plus 10ml in the refill container). According to the manufacturer, this makes up to 2500-5000 puffs possible. However, the number of puffs strongly depends on your personal vapor behavior. If you take a long, strong drag on the mouthpiece, significantly fewer puffs are possible than if you take a short, weak drag on the e-cigarette.

Can Instaflow vapes be refilled?

Yes, Instaflow Vapes can be refilled up to two times. The refill container can be removed from the device with force and you have the option of refilling it with podfuel liquids (the matching liquids from the Insta brand). The coils should withstand two refills. 

What to do if a burnt taste occurs?

In rare cases, it can happen that the liquid is not automatically drawn from the refill container into the small liquid reservoir as desired. In this case, turn the vape upside down so that the liquid is directed back to the coil.

Insta Flow was the first product to be launched on the market with a separate refill container and an autofill function. With the current version 2.0, the automatic filling of the small liquid tank works reliably and there are generally no dry hits. The innovative system has already been copied by other renowned brands, with copies such as the ELFBAR AF5000 cannot yet compete with the original in terms of manufacturing quality. Instaflow has sued the parent company of Elfbar (Heaven Gifts) for a patent infringement with an as yet unresolved outcome.
