When launched, the device will primarily be available in vape shops. However, the NX series is also expected to be available soon in Swiss retail stores, kiosks, gas stations, and supermarkets.
Are the AF5000 refill pods compatible?
No, the AF5000 refill pods are not compatible with the Elfbar base device.
How can I charge the device?
Use a standard USB-C charging cable and the charging port on the side of the device.
Can empty NX pods be refilled with liquid?
No, the NX Refill Pods are sealed and can and must be disposed of once the liquid has been used up.
How much nicotine do the NX pods contain?
In Switzerland, NX-7000 pods are currently only available with 20mg of nicotine. It is hoped that Elfbar will Elfbar launch pods with 10mg and without nicotine.
