What is the difference between MTL and DTL?

MTL (Mouth to Lung) means that you draw the vapor into your mouth first and then inhale it into your lungs. The draw feels similar to that of a cigarette, producing subtle clouds of vapor. DTL (Direct to Lung) means that you draw the vapor directly into your lungs, just like with a hookah. Thanks to the open draw, you enjoy significantly denser vapor.
